**BLACK FRIDAY SALE EXCHANGE POLICY** 

Because we are a small business and have limited stock of our inventory we have a different return policy for items purchased with the Black Friday Code: THANKFUL20. New and unwashed/unused items from the Black Friday sale using code: THANKFUL20 are only eligible for exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item(s). If your desired size/style is unavailable at the time of your exchange, you will be issued store credit to use on future purchases/new arrivals.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and ship back your return. If your order is not postmarked within 14 days of receiving it, you will not be eligible to receive the full refund amount. 

To protect our small business, we do not refund original or return shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order but return said order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To start the return process please email support@emmemama.com , title the subject line "Return", and include your order number in the email body. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to complete your return.
