We always want you to be happy with your Emme purchase. Didn't find the perfect size or style? Don't worry. Just contact us at support@emmemama.com, and we'll streamline the exchange process for you. If you'd rather a refund, that's absolutely fine too.

to return your items.

to exchange your items.
If you're having issues with linen, try washing on cold and hang drying first. We'll take it back even if the items are washed!

STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

Visit the Returns Portal:
Head over to the Emme Returns and Exchanges Portal and enter your order number and email associated with the order.
Select Your
Option:
Pick whether it’s a return or exchange, answer a few easy questions, and your shipping label is ready.
Pack & Ship:
If prompted to return your items, pack them in a box and attach the shipping label. Hand it over to your carrier, and we'll take care of the rest.
HOW DO GIFT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WORK?
If you’ve received a Emme product as a gift, visit the Emme Returns and Exchanges Portal with the original order number and email.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
We're dedicated to processing your requests as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund has been initiated, generally within 24 hours or less.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I BOUGHT THE WRONG SHADE?
Our team is happy to help you find your perfect size or recommendation for a style. Reach out to Support@emmemama.com within the 45-day timeframe for a free consultation and make your exchange.
