Worried about the fit? Don't be. We know buying maternity wear online can be tricky—your body is doing amazing things and changing every day! We want you to love your Emme Mama pieces, so we’ve made our process simple and risk-free.
The "Perfect Fit" Exchange (Our Recommendation!)
Need a different size or color? We cover the shipping. To ensure you get the right fit for your growing bump, we offer free exchanges and waive return shipping for exchanges and store credit orders on all eligible US orders.
For returns for refunds, we charge $8.95(for the return label) + $5 per item restocking fee to cover steaming, folding, and readding to stock.

To help us minimize waste and keep our clothes in circulation for other mamas, please ensure items are:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Pet-Friendly Tip: Please try on items in a pet-hair-free zone. We want every mama to receive a pristine package, so items with pet hair or scents unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Prepaid Shipping Labels are available for $8.95.
Returned items for refunds incur a $5 restocking fee per item, which is deducted from your refund. This covers processing, steaming, and folding of the garment. Preloved items are only available for exchange or store credit only

What if I received a damaged or wrong item? Oh no! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is wrong, email us immediately at support@emmemama.com so we can make it right. We will cover all shipping costs to fix our mistake.

Pack & Ship:
If prompted to return your items, pack them in a box and attach the shipping label. Hand it over to your carrier, and we'll take care of the rest. Be sure to ship the return within 14 days. Labels expire within 14 days of receipt.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
We're dedicated to processing your requests as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund has been initiated, generally within 24 hours or less.
