We know buying maternity wear online can be tricky—your body is doing amazing things and changing every day. We want you to love your Emme Mama pieces, so we’ve made our process simple and risk-free.
Exchange as many times as you need—that's what this guarantee is for!
To ensure you get the right fit for your growing bump, we offer free exchanges and waive return shipping for exchanges and store credit orders on all eligible US orders.
Need a refund instead? That's ok too. You have a 14-day window from delivery to initiate a return. For refunds, we charge $8.95 for the return label plus a $5 per item restocking fee (this covers the steaming, folding, and other requirements to get the item back in stock).
Note: Our system handles automated requests for up to 30 days. If you're past the 30-day mark but still need an exchange, email us at support@emmemama.com and we'll take care of you!

What’s your return and exchange policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached so we can resell them to other customers.

You have 270 days from purchase to exchange your item. Exchanges can be worn and washed – we'll take them back and send you a different size or style.
Prepaid Shipping Labels are available for $8.95.
Returned items for refunds incur a $5 restocking fee per item, which is deducted from your refund. This covers processing, steaming, and folding of the garment. Preloved items are only available for exchange or store credit only

1. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Oh no! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is wrong, email us immediately at support@emmemama.com so we can make it right.
We will cover all shipping costs to fix our mistake.
2. What items are non-returnable?
- Gift cards
- Items with pet hair or scents
- Sale items marked "Final Sale"
- Preloved items (eligible for exchange only)

To process a return or exchange, please go to our Returns and Exchanges Portal and enter your order number and email associated with the order.
Select Your Option:
Pick whether it’s a return or exchange, answer a few easy questions, and you can get started
Pack & Ship:
If prompted to return your items, pack them in a box and attach the shipping label. Hand it over to your carrier, and we'll take care of the rest. Be sure to ship the return within 14 days. Labels expire within 14 days of receipt.
How long does it take to process a return?
We're dedicated to processing your requests promptly.
You'll receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund has been initiated, generally within 24 hours or less.
