We always want you to be happy with your Emme purchase. Didn't find the perfect size or style? Don't worry. Just contact us at support@emmemama.com, and we'll streamline the exchange process for you. If you'd rather a refund, that's absolutely fine too.

Emme accepts returns that are dropped off and scanned by USPS up to 14 days after the delivery date. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with their original tags attached.
Returned items incur a $15 restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund. This covers the shipping, processing, steaming, and folding of the garment. Final sale items are non-returnable.
As a small business, we need to be vigilant about the condition of returned pieces (we hope you understand!) We reserve the right to refuse returns if any items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition i.e. items are stained, washed, worn, or have odors. Returns received that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded.

Email us at support@emmemama.com and enter your order number and email associated with the order.
Select Your
Option:
Pick whether it’s a return or exchange, answer a few easy questions, and you can get started
Pack & Ship:
If prompted to return your items, pack them in a box and attach the shipping label. Hand it over to your carrier, and we'll take care of the rest.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
We're dedicated to processing your requests as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund has been initiated, generally within 24 hours or less.
