    Not for me

    I wanted to love this piece but it wasn’t flattering on me. I’m 6’, 160lbs, 36B pre-pregnancy. I’m 5 months postpartum now. It hit mid-knee which was awkward. Also definitely couldn’t have worn it as a maternity dress past the second trimester or it would become way too short. I know everyone says they wear this dress all the time. For me, something snug across the chest/shoulders isn’t comfy enough to wear everyday, and the sleeves were too tight to roll up. They hit in the middle of my elbows. If I had sized up to a L I think it would have been way too loose. Seems like it looks great on other body types, and the color and quality fabric are really nice. It just wasn’t for me.

    So feminine!

    As linen is, it's a bit scratchy, but that will change after about 10 washes (so in like.. 6 months lol). I wear a cotton slip underneath and since it's winter, it won't be used much and even when it IS used, will not get much bodily oils on it (like the armpit) so I expect it to soften slowly.

    I accidentally bought a small, but honestly, it fits really well. (5'1" and 137lbs, 2 years postpartum and now TTC child number 2.) I had expected to need to return it for a medium, but it's PERFECT. I guess I'm a small now.

    Love this Dress

    I bought this dress for my baby shower and it fit me perfectly. At 30 weeks pregnant I still have room for growth. I love the length too! Hit just below my knees, making me feel secure the whole day. Highly recommend.

    Sizing up is a good idea

    Love the fit and feel, it should work for the rest of my pregnancy and beyond. There is no stretch in the shoulders at all, so I'm glad I got the L instead of the M - if you're also unsure which size to get, definitely go with the bigger choice. I like the length, it goes just past my knees which I definitely prefer especially with a pregnant belly. The top does not have any stretch but the buttons should be low enough to nurse in when baby comes. Love that it has deep pockets too. The linen can be a bit sheer in the skirt if you're backlit but not too bad and mainly just in the skirt.

    Love!

    I am a big fan of linen but it does get very wrinkly - I have not had as much of a problem with that with this dress which is great. It is also very comfortable and fits well. Love the green color! Considering buying it in other colors.
