To qualify, you must have signed up through our site pop-up. Then, simply click the special link we email or text you after signing up. Once you place a qualifying order through that link, you’ll be eligible for cashback.
Q: I signed up but never received a discount. What gives?
Our offer is for cashback, not an upfront discount. After your qualifying purchase, check your email for a message to redeem your cashback. Just complete the redemption form and select your reward.
Q: Can I use a discount code instead of cashback?
Absolutely. Just email us at care@emmemama.com right away, and we can cancel the cashback offer and apply your discount code retroactively.

Q: Why is there a waiting period for cashback?
To help prevent fraud and ensure returns are accounted for, there's typically a 30-day holding period tied to our return window. Please check the terms in your cashback confirmation email for details.
Q: How long does it take to receive my bonus gift card or Visa prepaid card?
Once you confirm your selection, you’ll receive details right away. However, your card will become active 30 days after your order is marked delivered, to match our return policy.

Q: Where do I find my Visa prepaid card details?
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to your card information. If you can’t find it, contact support@getfondue.com with your cashback details.
Q: How do I check my Visa card balance?
Use the secure link we emailed when you selected your Visa card. For detailed statements, email support@getfondue.com with the last 4 digits of your card.
Q: My Visa prepaid card was declined. What now?
Make sure your card has enough balance and that all payment info (name, address, number) is correct. Still having issues? Reach out to support@getfondue.com.
