Shipping/Return Details

• Free Shipping on all orders $100+. 
• Standard delivery time is about 3-7 business days from when you place your order. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and ship back your return.
• To protect our small business, we do not refund original or return shipping costs.

Returns Center

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours (business days) after it is placed. Your shipping time period will depend on which shipping option you choose at checkout. Please be patient with shipping as COVID-19 can effect how long it takes for you to receive your order due to decreased employees with our shipping carriers.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that if there is pet hair on your returned item, it will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will pay for shipping costs in these situations.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on, final sale items, or gift cards. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment minus the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Shipping

All orders are "Direct Duties Paid", which means that duties are covered in your shipping cost, so you should not incur any more costs with your shipment once you have placed your order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for orders that are shipped to Canada at this time. All international orders are NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE, they are final sale, no exceptions.
