Nothing here exists until you order it. Our factory holds the fabric on the roll; when your order comes through, your size is cut, sewn, finished and shipped to you.

    You choose the style, the fabric and your size. Every size is available in every fabric, because none of it is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be picked.
  • 02We cut

    Your order joins the next cut batch, and we email you the day your fabric is cut — so you know the thing is real and moving, not sitting in a queue.
  • 03It ships

    Sewn, checked, pressed and packed at the same factory, then shipped to you directly. You get a ship-by date at checkout — an actual date, not a range — and we stand behind it. See lead times and shipping.

Why we make this way

The fashion industry's default is to guess. A brand predicts demand months ahead, commits to a size curve, manufactures the lot, and then discounts whatever it guessed wrong about. The markdown rack is not a generosity — it is the visible part of a forecasting error, and someone pays for it.

Made to order inverts that. You show us the demand, and we make exactly that. Concretely, and these are the specific claims we'll stand behind rather than vague ones:

  • We produce no unsold inventory. Every garment we cut has a customer attached to it before it is cut.
  • We have no clearance section, because we have nothing to clear.
  • Every size exists in every fabric. Nothing is out of stock in the size you actually wear, and adding a size costs us nothing.

What it costs you

Time. A made-to-order garment takes longer than pulling a box off a shelf. That is the trade, and it is the whole trade — we would rather be straight about it than bury it in a shipping FAQ.

What this is not

Made to order is not custom tailoring. We cut to standard sizes from published measurements — we are not adjusting a pattern to your body. If you are between sizes, the flat measurements on every product page and our size and fit guide will get you there.
