Made to order

Nothing here exists until you order it. Our factory holds the fabric on the roll; when your order comes through, your size is cut, sewn, finished and shipped straight to you. Most orders reach you in about 20 days.

How long it takes

Two things make up the wait, and neither of them is a warehouse.

  • Production, about one to one and a half weeks. Your piece is cut, sewn, checked and packed. This is the part a warehouse brand skips, and the reason every size exists in every fabric.
  • Transit, about ten to twelve days. It leaves the moment it is finished and comes to you directly, tracked door to door.

Twenty days is the typical case, not a ceiling. Your confirmation email carries a specific ship-by date built from these steps, with a buffer already inside it, and we email you if anything about that date changes. See lead times and shipping.

How it works

  • 01You order

    You choose the style, the fabric and your size. Every size is available in every fabric, because none of it is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be picked.
  • 02We make it

    Your order goes to the factory the day you place it. Your piece is cut and sewn individually rather than held back to fill a production run — which is why the wait is measured in days rather than months. We email you the day your fabric is cut, so you know the thing is real and moving.
  • 03It ships

    Sewn, checked, pressed and packed at the same factory, then shipped to you directly — no transfer to a domestic hub, nothing sitting in storage.

Who makes your clothes

Your piece is cut and sewn in China by a factory that specialises in exactly this: making one garment as carefully as most places make a hundred. We have been there. We know the people who will sew your order, and every piece is looked at by someone before it is packed.

We stand behind their work. If what arrives is not right — the fit, the fabric, the finish, or simply not what you hoped — send it back and we will refund you.

Your size, in stock

The fabric waits on the roll instead of the garment sitting in a box, so your size is never sold out.

Cut for your order

Your size is cut the week you order it — not months earlier by someone guessing how many of each to make.

Checked before it leaves

Every piece is inspected by hand. What reaches you has been looked at, not just scanned off a shelf.

Straight to your door

Packed where it was made and sent to you, rather than sitting in storage waiting to be picked.

If it is not right

You are buying something that did not exist when you ordered it, and doing that without touching the fabric first. So the risk should not sit with you: if the piece is not right when it arrives, send it back and you get your money back.

Why we make this way

The fashion industry's default is to guess. A brand predicts demand months ahead, commits to a size curve, manufactures the lot, and then discounts whatever it guessed wrong about. The markdown rack is not a generosity — it is the visible part of a forecasting error, and someone pays for it.

Made to order inverts that. You show us the demand, and we make exactly that. What that gets you:

  • Every size exists in every fabric. Nothing is out of stock in the size you actually wear.
  • Nothing you buy was made to be marked down. There is no clearance section here, because there is nothing to clear.
  • Your piece was cut for your order. It was not sitting in a plastic bag for eleven months waiting for you.

What this is not
