The one Sewn-specific thing

Every Sewn piece is cut after you order it, so a Sewn order carries a published ship-by date rather than a dispatch estimate. If we miss that date, you can cancel for a full refund to your original payment method — that stands alongside the policy above. See lead times and shipping.

Before you return anything

If the fit is the problem, it is usually faster to email us your measurements and the style you're looking at. We'd rather spend five minutes getting the size right than process an exchange. The flat garment measurements for every size are on each product page and on size and fit.

Faults, mismeasures and anything we got wrong aren't returns at all — email us with a photo and we'll fix it directly.
