Ella Cotton Gauze Dress

This dress surpassed my expectations!! It is the most comfortable piece of clothing I have for pregnancy and it will still be a favorite easy outfit when I’m not any more. The neck is surprisingly stretchy, so I know nursing will not be annoying at all, but it has better structure for the neckline than I’d expect for such stretchiness, so it doesn’t reveal my bra straps at all or need to be off-the-shoulder if not wanted. I never usually look for duplicates of any clothing, but for this one, I do keep checking for more colors available. (Maybe someday some prints, too?)

I’m 5’7”, 19 weeks pregnant, and 152lbs (normally about 140lbs). I bought a size Medium and I could probably have just made it into a Small, but the Medium is very comfortable, not tight or too loose.

I love this short sleeve option so I can wear it in spring and early summer, simply adding a jean jacket or sweater during the winter.

This is such a lovely dress! I bought a medium (5'1" and still a bit heavier than is normal for me, so about 137lbs) and I can tell that it would even have fit during my first pregnancy (was 210lbs the day I gave birth) though the **** section might have been too tight and too low for my personal sense of modesty. This is going to be my go-to during pregnancy in the future, I can tell.
